we are looking for someone who absolutely has:
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- an ability to think on their toes, improve situations that are not efficient and handle multiple tasks at once
- a desire to grow within the event design and floral world
- a vehicle
- availability on weekdays and weekends
- the ability to come to our studio in emeryville, ca
it's helpful if:
- you have experience with the SF flower market and vendors
- you have placed orders before
- you have experience writing proposals
if you become a part of team shotgun, you will be:
- writing proposals
- keeping track of inventory in the studio and preparing for future events
- sourcing for events
- emailing clients and vendors
- keeping the studio + files organized and in tip-top shape
- staffing for events
- keeping track of prospective clients, current clients and payment schedules
- creating timelines of event installation and strike
- organizing calendars and keeping team shotgun on track
- processing and designing
